Eligibility Criteria

• Rural Property Owners: The scheme applies to individuals owning properties in rural inhabited (Abadi) areas.
• Agricultural land is not a part of the SVAMITVA Scheme.

2. Survey Activities:
   • Establishment of Continuous Operating Reference System (CORS) network and ground control points.

3. Post-Survey Activities:
   • An inquiry/objection process verifies land parcel ownership, resolves disputes, and issues property cards.
   • Records are updated and maintained regularly. Government officials receive training.
