Eligibility Criteria

• Farmers must be residents of West Bengal.
• Must own cultivable land with proper documents (e.g., RoR, Patta).
• Age for Death Benefit coverage: 18-60 years.

Benefits

1. Financial Assistance:
   • ₹10,000 per year for farmers with 1 acre or more land, disbursed in two instalments.
   • ₹4,000 per year for farmers with less than 1 acre, also disbursed in two instalments.
2. Death Benefit:
   • A one-time payment of ₹2 lakh is given to the legal heirs of the deceased farmer.
3. Status Check:
