  3. Public Internet Access Program: Setting up Common Service Centres (CSCs) across villages to provide easy access to digital services.
  4. e-Governance: Simplifying government processes by going digital. This includes online forms, easy access to records, and integration between departments.
  5. e-Kranti (Electronic Delivery of Services): Providing education, healthcare, and financial services digitally for citizens, especially in rural areas.
  6. Information for All: Giving citizens easy access to important government information through websites, apps, and social media.
  7. Electronics Manufacturing: Increasing production of electronic items within India, including mobile phones, medical electronics, and ATMs, to make India self-reliant in technology.
  8. IT for Jobs: Training one crore young people in IT skills to increase job opportunities in the digital sector, especially for people in small towns and villages.
  9. Early Harvest Programs: Fast projects like installing Wi-Fi in universities, public Wi-Fi hotspots, and biometric attendance systems.
